Inflight Publishing changes name

As of 1 July 2015, Inflight Publishing Pty Ltd changed its name to Trans Tasman Media. The company structure remains the same, with Director Patrick McElligott and his team across Australia and in New Zealand.

Patrick founded Inflight Publishing in the Queensland Outback, whilst attending a mining expo in Mount Isa. There, he met the owner of a small regional airline and the first issue of Inflight Magazine for Macair was born!

Patrick manages the team and regularly travels to meet with clients throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Trans Tasman Media specialises in Multi-Platform Media Communications across Australia and in New Zealand.

As a specialist publisher, Trans Tasman Media produces magazines that can be found in airports, on trains, on board planes, within mine sites, on trade sites and even on ferries across Australia and in New Zealand.

The Tradie Magazine is a complimentary monthly, full colour, high quality, glossy magazine with editorial content to inform and entertain employers and employees of the Tradie industry, with a particular emphasis on lifestyle, innovation and industry needs.

Mining Life & Living Magazine, a bi monthly magazine distributed to a number of mine sites and focuses on the health and wellbeing of workers in the mining industry. Currently, the magazine is distributed in over 35 mine sites across Queensland and New South Wales, but this number is set to increase with each issue.

Skippers Inflight Magazine which can be found in the seat pocket of aircrafts and within the airline’s terminal.

Coffs Harbour Airport Magazine which is distributed for free in airports across Australia and provide the perfect opportunity to promote your business to travellers on ALL airlines at any given airport, as well as people who work at the airport and people who are dropping off or collecting passengers.

The Link Magazine is a bi-monthly complimentary glossy magazine with editorial content to inform and entertain passengers of NSW Trains and Buses.

The company also produces a number of marine publications. From directories to guides and handbooks, the marine publications are produced in conjunction with Marine Queensland and Maritime Safety Queensland.

Trans Tasman Media also produces On-board Magazine, which is carried on board the Interislander ferries as well as Our New Zealand Magazine, carried on TranzScenic trains.
